1. Authorised use
Users may only connect review source accounts, business profiles or locations that they own or are authorised to manage. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to connect and manage any account, location or review source through the platform.
2. Connected review source access
Connected review source access, including Google Business Profile access where available, is provided through OAuth or another authorised connection method with explicit user consent. The service may use connected data to display reviews, generate reports and support manually approved reply workflows. Where Google Business Profile is connected, users may only connect Google Business Profiles and locations that they own or are authorised to manage.
3. Customer feedback and reviews
The platform is designed to give customers a fair choice between private feedback and public review options. Businesses must not present deceptive or misleading review request flows. Private feedback and public review options should be presented together, with fair visibility, to customers.
4. Prohibited use
The platform must not be used to suppress, discourage, filter, or prevent negative reviews, or to selectively solicit positive reviews. Businesses must provide customers with a fair and honest choice when requesting feedback or reviews.
5. Fake or incentivised reviews
The platform must not be used to create, purchase, incentivise, or manipulate reviews.
6. Reply responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any response before it is published to a review platform or used externally. Digital Reviews does not publish review replies automatically.
7. AI-generated suggestions
AI-generated replies, summaries and reports are provided as suggestions only. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any AI-generated content before using it publicly or operationally.
8. Google non-affiliation
Digital Reviews is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google Business Profile is a trademark of Google LLC.
9. Feature availability
Feature availability may depend on API approvals, connected services, supported integrations and operational constraints. Google Business Profile features depend on authorised Google account connection, supported API access, Google approval and feature availability.
10. Account disconnection
Users may disconnect connected review sources, including Google Business Profile, at any time. After disconnection, Digital Reviews will stop using OAuth credentials to access data from that connected source. Some previously generated reports, logs or user-facing records may remain available unless deletion is requested, subject to applicable law and platform retention policies.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe the platform is being used for review manipulation, unauthorised account access, security abuse, legal risk, policy violations or other misuse.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Digital Reviews. This section may be updated when the official legal entity and jurisdiction are finalised.
